  1. 01Where orders are sent

Orders are accepted for delivery within the United Kingdom — England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland — consistent with the age policy, which limits orders to United Kingdom residents.

Delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any destination outside the United Kingdom is available by arrangement. Contact us through the contact page before ordering and we will agree a shipping quote with you directly.

  2. 02What delivery costs

Delivery within the United Kingdom is charged as follows, worked out from the post-discount subtotal at checkout:

    • Standard UK delivery: £5.95, tracked next-working-day service.
    • Temperature-controlled UK delivery: £15, tracked next-working-day service, with an ice pack inside an insulated pouch.
    • Free UK delivery on orders over £250 (post-discount subtotal), on either tier.
    • A £5 weekend-delivery surcharge applies where an order is dispatched for Saturday delivery — on top of the standard or temperature-controlled charge above, including on orders that otherwise qualify for free delivery. Saturday delivery is offered only on orders placed on a Friday before 12:00 (UK time).

Delivery beyond mainland United Kingdom is not covered by the figures above — see “Where orders are sent”.

  3. 03Collection

Collection: choose collection at checkout and we will contact you to confirm the collection address and a time. There is no charge for collection.

  4. 04When an order is sent

Orders placed on a non-working day dispatch on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday, once the day's orders are packed. The cut-off for same-day dispatch is 12:00 UK time, stock permitting. Expected transit is the next working day to most UK postcodes after dispatch.

Deliveries are sent using a tracked, next-working-day courier service; parcels are left in a safe place if nobody is available to receive them.

  5. 05How an order is packed

Materials are supplied sealed and tamper-evident — the same fact the returns policy relies on for its regulation 28(3)(a) position.

Certain items are temperature-sensitive. Where an order contains one, it is dispatched at the temperature-controlled rate above, with an ice pack inside an insulated pouch. This is applied automatically based on the item ordered — it is not something you select at checkout.

Every parcel carries the research-use statement shown at the foot of this page.

  6. 06If a delivery goes wrong

A parcel that arrives damaged, or that does not arrive, is handled under the returns and replacements policy. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs of the packaging and the goods — the same window the terms of supply state for damage generally.

If delivery fails because the address given was wrong, or nobody was available to receive it, Reydeance will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further delivery charge may apply.

If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, it counts as lost and is reshipped at no charge.

  7. 07Ordering is open; payment is not

An order placed on this site today is a request, recorded and reviewed. No payment is taken on this website. Once we have received your order we will send you a secure payment link, and we prepare your order when payment has been received.
